4. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to logos, graphics, tool interfaces, reports, and underlying code, is the exclusive property of ScanMeTool. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. The ScanMeTool name and logo are registered trademarks.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Network measurements are estimates and may vary due to local conditions, ISP throttling, or hardware limitations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScanMeTool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or network downtime, arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD.
